DLSA Vijayapura Invites Application for Legal Practitioner Recruitment 2022

For Selection of Legal practitioners as Panel Lawyers Notification No. DLSA/PA/Se1ection 1/2022, dated: 16.02.2022

1. Post Name: Legal practitioner

2. Eligibility: : 

a. The Advocates having more than 3 years of experience as a legal practitioners at the Bar is eligible for selection as panel lawyer.

b. The Advocate having less than 3 years of experience may also apply if he/she is extraordinarily good to work in Legal Services Institutions.

Selection Procedure

1. The list of eligible applicants short-listed for interview will be published in the District Court website as well as in the office of DLSA, Vijayapura.

2. Selection of Panel Advocates is fully based on their eligibility and satisfaction by the Selection Committee.

3. After the selection, if it is found that the performance of the panel lawyer is not satisfactory and if the panel lawyer acts contrary to the object and spirit of the Act and the Regulations, the Selection Committee is at liberty to take appropriate steps including removal from the panel.

4. Selection will be made by the Selection Committee headed by Hon'ble Prl. District & Sessions Judge and Chairman, District Legal Services Authority in accordance with National Legal Services Authority (Free and Competent Legal Services) Regulations,
