Educational Qualification: M.Sc
Applications are invited from motivated and eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the period of three years to work in a Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science & Technology (DST), Govt. of India sponsored research project titled, โInvestigating the effect of different substitutions on the magnetoelectric and spin-lattice coupling in ฮฑ-Mn2O3 and A4B2O9 (A=Ni, Co, Mn, Fe and B=Nb and Ta)โ.
1. Name of the position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
2. No of position: 01
3. Eligibility: M.Sc. in Physics with minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in Physics (55% for SC/ST candidate) with NET/GATE qualification.
4. Fellowship: Rs. 31,000/- + HRA as per institute norms
5. Duration: 3 Years (depending on the performance of the candidate). The appointment shall be co-terminus with the project.ย
6. Desirable Qualifications/ Experiences: The candidate from relevant background in condensed matter physics willย be preferred
Pay Scale: INR 31000(Per Month)

Selection Procedure
The short listed candidates will be called for online/offline interview. No TA/DA will be provided in case of offline interview.
