Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• For Chief Project Manager & Project Manager: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
• Desirable: Post Graduation in Construction Management/Environmental Science or MBA/Equivalent degree in the concerned field.

Experience Requirements

• Chief Project Manager: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the specific discipline (e.g., High Rise Buildings, PPP Projects, Environment Management).
• Project Manager (Diploma Holders): Minimum 10 years of experience in High Rise Buildings or Environment projects.
• Project Manager (Degree Holders): Minimum 7 years of experience in High Rise Buildings or Environment projects.

Age Limit

21 to 50 years as of the closing date of application. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
