Notification for engagement of full-time Advisor (Land Revenue & Estate) in ECL on contract basis as per CIL's policy for availing services of the retired CMD's/ Directors/ Sr. Level Executives. etc. as full time/ part-time Advisors.

3. Remuneration and Other Benefits:

(i) Consolidated Monthly Compensation: Retd. E-2- Rs.37,500/-, Retd. E-3 - Rs. 45,000/-, Retd. E-4 - Rs.52,500/-, Retd. E-5-Rs.60,000/-, Retd. E-6-Rs.75,000/-, Retd. E-7-Rs.90,000/-, Retd. E-8-Rs.1,05,000/-.

(ii) Conveyance charges: Company shall provide Conveyance for full time Advisors as per availability. However, where conveyance is not provided, they shall be eligible for 5% of consolidated pay per month as conveyance charges. Accommodation facility: Suitable company's accommodation shall be provided on availability. However, if company's accommodation is not available, a consolidated amount will be paid as per rules.

(iii) Mobile sim with CUG facility for all grades

(iv) Medical, Leave and TA/DA shall be governed as per CIL's policy

4. Nature of Work: The incumbent will be responsible for pursuing with State Government of Jharkhand regarding acquisition of land under various acts. He/She shall Liaison with Government of Jharkhand regarding land related matters of ECL. He/She shall advise, help and monitor regarding matters related to change of revenue record/mutation of land in favour ECL by maintaining liaison with the State Authorities in Jharkhand. He/she shall render help for verification/scrutiny of land purchase proposals and notifications of land acquisition under CBA (A&D) Act. He/ She shall also render help for payment of compensation against land acquired under CBA Act and for preparation of rehabilitation plan for PAPs/ PAFs. He/she shall monitor jobs related to rehabilitation in Rajmahal Area of ECL in Jharkhand. He/she shall coordinate with CMPDIL for preparing online land information system of ECL (for Rajmahal Area) and shall also be responsible for any other jobs that are assigned to him/her as per requirement.
