Eligibility for Advisor (E&M)
- Essential: Retired E7 or above grade executive or equivalent from CIL and its subsidiaries, PSUs / Autonomous Organizations of Central / State Government. Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience of working in mechanised underground coal mine with mass production technology.
- Age Limit: Above 60 and not more than 65 years during the contract period.
Salary & Benefits
- Consolidated Monthly Compensation: Rs.1,20,000/- for superannuated E8 Grade Executive; Rs.1,00,000/- for superannuated E7 Grade Executive.
- Conveyance: Company shall provide Conveyance. If not provided, eligible for 5% of consolidated pay per month.
- Accommodation: Suitable company accommodation provided on availability, otherwise HRA as per CIL rules.
- Mobile Reimbursement: Actual bills or ₹1000/- p.m., whichever is less.
- Medical: As per post retirement benefits scheme.
- Leave: 15 days paid leave in every six months (not encashable).
- TA/DA: As applicable.
