Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Full Time Advisor (E&M)

• Essential Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience working in mechanized underground coal mines with mass production technology. Must be a retired E7 or E8 grade executive (or equivalent) from CIL/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies.
• Age Limit: Above 60 years and not more than 65 years during the contract period.

Salary & Benefits

• E8 Grade Executive: Rs. 1,20,000/- per month.
• E7 Grade Executive: Rs. 1,00,000/- per month.
• Conveyance: Company vehicle or 5% of consolidated pay as conveyance charges.
• Accommodation: Company accommodation (subject to availability) or HRA as per rules.
• Medical: Coverage under post-retiral benefits scheme (if applicable).
• Mobile Reimbursement: Actual bills up to Rs. 1,000/- per month.
