Selection Procedure
1. Only Eligible candidates will be allowed to attend the interview.
2. The final selection will be based on performance in the personal interview.
3. Selected candidates will have to report this office for Verification of original certificates immediately after receiving Provisional offer of Appointment.
4. Offer of appointment will be provisional subject to verification of original certificates at the time of joining.
5. Selected candidates should submit two passport size photographs and attested photocopies of relevant certificates on the day of joining.
How to Apply:
1. Walk-In-lnterview will be conducted on 22.02.2022 for the recruitment of Principal, Vice-Principal Cum Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor posts on contractual basis for one year at ESIC College of Nursing, Kalaburagi-585106.
2. Candidate can walk-in and register for interview from 09.00 A.M. to 10.30A.M. on 22.02. 2022.
3. No candidate will be entertained after 10.30 AM. Application form is gnclosed with the advertisement.
4. All eligible candidates should apply through the application format enclosed with the advertisement.
5. Candidates should produce all the original documents in respect of all the parameters filled in the form during scrutiny on the day of Walk-in-Interview.
6. Candidates are requested to report by 9 AM at the venue on scheduled dates.
7. Please bring all following relevant Original certificates and their self-attested photocopies (1 sets), 2 copies of passport size photographs and the relevant certificates issued by the competent authority in the form prescribed by Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training for consideration of reservation to the reserved candidates failing which they will not be allowed for interview.
Important Instructions:
1. Mere submission of application does not confer any right to the candidate to be interviewed.
2. The applications found to be incomplete will be summarily rejected.
3. Wrong declarations/submission of false information or any other action contrary to law shall lead to cancellation of the candidature at any stage.
4. On the day of Walk-in-Interview, the candidates should produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) from present employer.
5. Opportunity of interview given to candidates will be on provisional basis.
6. The interview shall be conducted at ESIC Medical College, Kalaburagi. However, ESIC reserves the right to change the venue and dates, if needed.
7. The ESIC reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage at its discretion and such decision will be binding on all concerned.
8. Rules of reservation will be implemented as per Government of India's instructions.
9. No TADA will be admissible for interview or joinipg.
10. No claim for any services like PF, Pension, gratuity, Medical allowances, Seniority, Promotion and Leave will be admissible.
