Educational Qualification:
Manager (Technical): Bachelor in Engineering/Technology Full Time. Desirable: MBA (Mktg/Fin).
Manager (Finance): CA / ICWA. Desirable: MBA.
Deputy Manager (Technical): Bachelor in Engineering/Technology Full Time. Desirable: MBA (Mktg/Fin).
Deputy Manager (Technical) Material Management: Bachelor in Engineering/Technology Full Time. Desirable: MBA (Mktg/Fin).
Deputy Manager (IT): BE (Computer Science)/MCA-Full Time/Master of Science in Software Engg. Or equivalent.
Deputy Manager (Corporate Planning): Bachelor in Engineering/Technology Full Time. Desirable: MBA (Mktg/Fin).
Deputy Manager (Business Development): Bachelor in Engineering/Technology-(Full Time) with MBA or PG Diploma in Retailing/Marketing/International Trade & Business.
Deputy Manager (HR): Two years full time Post Graduate Degree /Equivalent course in HR /Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Psychology. OR Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in HR/Personnel Management.
