1. Post Name: Director (Projects)

2. Salary: Rs. 180000-340000 (IDA)

3. Job Description And Responsibilities:

i. Director (Project) is a member of Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman and Managing Director. He/She has an overall responsibility for execution of Projects both as consultant as well as EPC contractor through Task Forces comprising of multi disciplinary engineering teams supported by Services Departments and Construction Division.

ii. He/She is required to provide overall guidance, support and constant upgradation of the technical skills of the employees to match with the needs of the time and keeping abreast of latest developments. He/She is also required to maintain a close liaison with concerned Ministries, Government Institutions, Clients, Vendors, Contractors and Indian Embassies abroad.

4. Qualification:

The applicant should be an Engineering Graduate with good academic record from a recognized University/ Institution. Applicants holding MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management will have an added advantage

5. Experience:

The applicant should have adequate Technical/ Operational/ Project Management experience/exposure at a senior level of management in a large organization of repute, out of which at least five years in the last ten years should have been in a Major Consultancy organization. Experience in project management in both domestic & overseas projects especially in hydrocarbon sector is desirable

6. Duration Of Appointment: The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
