EDII Invites Applications For The Post Of Programme Manager
1. Post Name: Programme Manager
2. Location: Bengaluru – 01
3. Qualification and Experience: Post Graduate MSW
4. Experience: 3 year (Preferred)
5. Type of Employment: On Contractual basis.
6. Maximum Remuneration: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 45,000 Per month
7. Job description: Experience in Project Management, Learning and Development Leads, directs and manages entire station functions to ensure that all departments as well as staff implement service agreements at or above standards.
a. Guide, lead and support subordinates/managers on daily basis, relating to human resources, operations, communication, standardizing procedures, revenue enhancement, and systems applications, if any exist. Develop and implement plans, policies, and programmes to attain anticipated company needs in areas of functional responsibility. Review evaluation of costs, activities, operations and anticipate data to identify progress toward established business development objectives and goals.
b. Review and analyse performance along with this set up short-term goals Direct as well as train management staff for sound human relations plus operational skills. Utilize entire superior communication skills with a purpose to motivate staff as well as develop effective working relations with executives, peers, and donors. Ensure rules, directives, and methods are conveyed to all personnel.
Ensure timely execution of programmes.

The Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) is an autonomous organization that was established in 1983 with the aim of promoting entrepreneurship education, research, training and institution building. It is based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.
EDII offers a variety of programs and courses to support aspiring entrepreneurs and existing business owners. These include short-term and long-term training programs, management development programs, entrepreneurship development programs, and online courses.
The institute has partnerships with various organizations and institutions in India and around the world to promote entrepreneurship and support the growth of startups. It has also undertaken research and consultancy projects for the government and other organizations on various aspects of entrepreneurship and enterprise development.
EDII has been recognized as a Centre of Excellence by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, and has been awarded the prestigious National Entrepreneurship Award in 2017.
