- Deputy Manager (JM I): Graduation (50% marks) + Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS) in Finance/International Business/Foreign Trade OR CA. Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in banking/finance.
- Manager (MM II): Same qualification as above. Minimum 3 years experience in internal audit/credit audit in scheduled commercial bank or financial institution.

Selection Process – Written Test & Interview
Selection comprises a Written Examination (100 marks, 70% weightage) followed by Personal Interview (100 marks, 30% weightage). Written test is subjective: 1 compulsory question (40 marks) + 6 out of 8 questions (60 marks). Duration: 2.5 hours. No sectional cut-off. Tentative exam in November 2026 at Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Guwahati.
