Educational Qualification: 10TH
Federal Bank, one of India’s leading Private Sector Banks, is inviting application from candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed (as detailed below) for the post of Bankman to fill up the requirements identified in the notified Branches / Offices of the Bank.
1. Post Name: Bankman
2. Educational Qualification (as on 01.01.2022) - Candidates should have passed Standard Xth / SSC / equivalent examination but not passed Graduation.
3. Place of Domicile: The place of domicile of the candidate should be located within the same district of notified Branch / Office (OR) within 20 km from notified Branch / Office
4. Knowledge in Computer Operations: Candidates should have adequate knowledge in Microsoft Office and should have undergone at least a one-month (basic / foundation) training programme in MS Office.
5. Nationality: Candidates shall be a citizen of India.
6. Probation Period:
Candidates selected for the post of Bankman will be on probation for a period of 6 months. The period of probation is liable to be extended, and / or the employment is liable to be terminated, if the candidate fails to complete the period of probation satisfactorily
7. Basic Pay And Other Emoluments:
Presently the starting Basic Pay (applicable to Bankman) is 14500 in the scale of pay 14500-500/4-16500-615/5-19575-740/4-22535- 870/3-25145-1000/3-28145+9stagnation increments. The selected candidates will also be eligible for DA, HRA, Health Insurance and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.
8. Location: Candidates selected shall be posted in any of the Branches/Offices of the Bank and is liable to be transferred to any of the Branches/Offices depending upon the administrative requirements.
Pay Scale: INR 14500 - 28145(Per Month)

Selection Procedure
1. The recruitment process comprises of various stages, which includes Aptitude Test and Personal Interview or any other mode of selection to be decided by the Bank.
2. The Bank reserves the right to shortlist only the requisite number of candidates in the selection stages based on the administrative requirements.
3. The initial short-listing of the candidates will be made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the Aptitude Test.
4. The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for Personal Interview, after short-listing as aforesaid.
5. The mode of the selection process will be depending upon the prevailing situation / number of candidates / discretion of the Bank.
6. Candidates shall note that Marks / Ratings secured by the candidates during the selection process will be confidential and the same will not be disclosed to the candidates.
7. The decision of the Bank with respect to the qualifying criteria in each selection stage will be final and binding on the candidates.
a) Aptitude Test
Bank proposes to conduct the Aptitude Test at various centers across the country. The Aptitude Test will comprise of objective type multiple choice questions
b) Personal Interview:
Candidates shortlisted based on the Aptitude Test alone will be considered for Personal Interview. Personal Interview of the shortlisted candidates will be scheduled at various centres across the country at the discretion of the Bank.
