Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Educational Qualification (Legal Consultant): A Bachelor's Degree in Law obtained on a regular basis from a recognised University established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, a State Act, or any institution for higher education deemed to be a university by the Central Government, or any other institution or foreign University approved by the Central Government. A degree obtained through Open University or Distance Education mode will not be considered.
- Experience: Not less than 5 years of experience in legal matters.
- Age Limit: Not more than 58 years as on 22 October 2026 (last date of application).
Selection Process & Screening Clause
