Teaching and Non-Teaching Positions

Number of Vacancy: 19 Posts

Educational Qualification:
Professor: a) Ph. D degree in relevant field and first class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch And b) Minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry out of which at least 3 years at a post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor.

Associate Professor: a) Ph. D degree in relevant field and first class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch And b) Minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching/research/industry out of which at least 2 years shall be post – Ph. D experience.

Assistant Professor: A Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.

Technical Assistant: Diploma or equivalent in relevant trade of Engineering/ Technology from a recognized board with excellent academic record. Or First Class B. Sc Degree in relevant field from a recognized University/ Institute in case of Science Disciplines.

Registrar: Masters’ degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7 points scale from a recognized University/Institute.

Assistant Registrar: Masters degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade in the points scale from a recognised University/Institute.

PA to Director: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum speed in short hand 100 w.p.m in stenography in English.

Pay Scale:
INR
35400-211800/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 57 Years.

Application Fee: Application Fee for General/ OBC category candidates: Rs. 1500/- to be paid while submitting the application online; and SC/ST Candidates: Rs. 500 and PWD/Women candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
