Educational Qualification:
Junior Engineer: Diploma in Civil Engineering/Technology or equivalent with first class or equivalent.
Junior Assistant: Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board with a minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in computer word processing and Spread Sheet. Desirable: Proficiency in other computer, secretarial and stenography skills.
Pay Scale:
INR
Level-6 Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years.

Application Fee: Application Fee to be paid while submitting the application online: General/ OBC category candidates: Rs. 1500/-; SC/ST Candidates: Rs. 500 and PWD/Women candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

Ghani Khan Choudhury Institute of Engineering & Technology (GKCIET) was established in 2010 by Ministry of Human Resources Development Government of India in Malda West Bengal. The goal of the institution is to dissemination of technical knowledge and skill, inculcate entrepreneurship among rural youth, providing technological excellence in academics through formal/ non formal Technical Education, Entrepreneurship & Research to the changing global needs of the society by transforming itself into Technical University.
The objective to create a multi-layered inter disciplinary and inter sectoral efficient professional technical manpower to act as international podium for the development and transfer of technological competence in academics.The Institution was created to fulfil the need of formal education would undertakes the non formal education to prepare the skilled and qualified manpower for self employment.
The institution courses in B.Tech / M.C.A / M.B.A / M.Tech and PhD for student. The institution imparts education in the disciplines of Chemical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Civil Engineering / Computer Science and Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgical and Materials Engineering / Information Technology and also in Management Studies.
