Educational Qualification: The candidate should be CA or hold a graduate degree and must have at least ten years of experience in a senior supervisory capacity in administration and/or in finance in any government department, public sector enterprise, higher educational institution, armed forces, etc.

Age Limit: Maximum 60 Years.

Giri Institute of Development Studies (GIDS) was established in the year 1973 and it supported by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) and Government of Uttar Pradesh.
GIDS improves rural development, agriculture, labours employment by providing basic amenities such as prevention of Public Health, Children Education, Livelihood Development for Schedule Castes, Minorities and other Socially Excluded Groups of State.
GIDS conducts various short term training programmes and workshops for research scholars and government officers on subjects of nation and topical interest such as Social Science Research, Doctoral Degree Programmes in Economic, Sociology and Political Science, Development of Human Resources,Socio Economic Development Program, etc.
