• DGM – Product Development: Engineering or technical postgraduate qualification (BE/B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent) with significant professional experience in product development, research, and innovation. For retired Government employees, pay shall be calculated as Last Basic Pay minus Pension.
• Sr. Manager – Supply Chain Management: Graduate/Postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or related discipline with relevant managerial experience in procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Sr. Manager – Additive Manufacturing: Engineering qualification (BE/B.Tech or equivalent) in Mechanical, Production, Materials Engineering, or related discipline with professional experience in additive manufacturing (3D printing), rapid prototyping, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Manager – Legal: LLB/LLM from a recognized university with experience in corporate/legal affairs, contracts, litigation, and statutory compliance, preferably in manufacturing or defence sector organizations.
• Junior Assistant: Graduate degree from a recognized university with proficiency in computer applications, office administration, data entry, and correspondence management. Relevant experience in administrative/office support roles preferred.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection for Fixed Term Employment posts at Gliders India Limited shall be conducted as follows (subject to the detailed advertisement):

1. Application Screening: All applications will be scrutinized based on eligibility criteria — education, age, experience, and suitability for the respective posts. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the next stage.
