Educational Qualification:
Searcher:
(1) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
(2) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

Assistant Superintendent of Fisheries:
(1) Master's Degree in Fisheries Science or Bachelor's Degree in Fisheries Science or Post Graduate Diploma in Fisheries, failing which, Master's Degree in Marine Science/ Zoology/ Marine Biology from a recognized University.
(2) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

Inspector Legal Metrology:
(1) Degree in Science (with Physics as one of the subjects) or Technology or Engineering from a recognized University. OR Diploma in Engineering from a recognized Board/ Institution with three years professional experience.
(2) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

Junior Geologist:
(1) Bachelor of Science in Geology.
(2) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

Assistant Chemist:
(1) A Post Graduate Degree in Science with Chemistry/ Microbiology as a principle subject from a recognized University or equivalent. OR A Degree in Science with Chemistry/ Microbiology as a principle subject with 3 years experience in the Laboratory in the field of water and Sewage Analysis.
(2) Knowledge of Konkani.
Desirable:
(i) Experience in analyzing samples in a laboratory.
(ii) Knowledge of Marathi.

Assistant Archivist Grade II:
(1) Degree of a recognised University with Portuguese as principal or subsidiary subject. OR
(1) Degree in Indian History of a recognized University with Portuguese as secondary language at Intermediate level/ a six month course in Portuguese language/ Primairo Grau.
(2) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable:
(i) Experience in transcription of old records in Portuguese/ Modi (Marathi) script.
(ii) Knowledge of Marathi.

Aval Karkun:
(1) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
(2) Minimum six months Diploma Course Certificate in Computer from Information Technology Knowledge Centre/ Computer Institute recognized by Info Tech Corporation Ltd. or from an Institute recognized by Government of India or minimum six months Diploma Course Certificate in Computer approved by Human Resources Development Foundation affiliated to Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
(3) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable:
(i) Degree in Law from a recognized University.
(ii) Knowledge of Marathi.

Information Assistant:
(1) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
(2) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

Laboratory Technician:
(1) Degree in Science with Chemistry as a subject from a recognized University or equivalent.
(2) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable:
(i) 2 years experience in Analysis of water / Sewage and other Lab. work.
(ii) Knowledge of Marathi.

Industries Inspector:
(1) Degree of a recognised University preferably in Science/ Commerce/ Economics.
(2) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable:
(i) Experience in the Industrial field in the case of Extension Officer and Industries Inspector.
(ii) Experience/ training in Handicrafts in the case of Handicraft Inspector.
(iii) Knowledge of Marathi.

Inspector:
(1) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
(2) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable:
(i) Experience of operation of control over essential commodities.
(ii) Knowledge of Marathi.

Laboratory Assistant:
(1) Degree in Science from a recognized University or equivalent.
(2) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

Laboratory Assistant (Archives): (1) A Degree in Chemistry or Physics of a recognized University or equivalent. (2) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

Laboratory Technician (Police):
(1) Bachelors Degree in Science with at least second class from a recognised University.
(2) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable:
(i) Knowledge of Marathi.
(ii) Practical experience in any Scientific Laboratory.

Laboratory Technician (Factories):
(1) Degree in Science with Chemistry as principal subject from a recognized University or equivalent.
(2) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable:
(i) Practical experience in any Scientific Laboratory of a recognized Institute.
(ii) Knowledge of Marathi.

Analytical Assistant:
(1) Intermediate with Chemistry as a major subject or equivalent.

Store Keeper/Godown Keeper:
(1) Degree from a recognized University.
(2) One year experience in handling stores.
(3) Minimum six months Diploma Course Certificate in Computer from Information Technology Knowledge Centre/ Computer Institute recognized by Info Tech Corporation Ltd. or from an Institute recognized by Government of India or minimum six months Diploma Course Certificate in Computer approved by Human Resources Development Foundation affiliated to Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.

Investigator:
(1) Degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Commerce from a recognized University.
(2) Atleast one year working experience,-
(a) as an apprentice under the Apprentices Act,1961 (Central Act No.52 of 1961); or
(b) in a Government Department/ Organization/ Offices/ Institute; or
(c) in a semi-Government Organization/ Office/ Institute; or
(d) in a Factory/ Company/ Hospital; or
(e) in a recognized Educational Institute; or
(f) in a registered Cooperative Credit Society/ Multi State Co-operative Credit Society; or
(g) in a registered Commercial Bank/ Co-operative Bank; or
(h)
(1) in a Advocate’s office registered with the Bar Council under Section 3 of the Advocate’s Act,1961 (Central Act 25 of 1961); or
(2) in a Chartered Accountant’s office registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; or
(3) in an Architect’s office registered with the Council of Architecture; or
(4) in a Cost Accountant’s office registered with the Institute of Cost Accountants of India; or

Talathi:
(1) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
