Number of Vacancy: 06 Posts
Educational Qualification: Professor: An eminent scholar with Ph.D. in Demography/Population Studies/ Statistics/Economics/Mathematics/Sociology/Psychology/Anthropology or Geography and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with, a minimum of ten (10) research publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC listed journals and a total research score of 120 as per the criteria given in Appendix II, Table 2 of the UGC Notification dated July 18, 2018. Associate Professor: (i) Good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in Economics. (ii) Master’s Degree in Economics with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed). Assistant Professor: Master’s Degree in Economics with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
Pay Scale: INR Level-14/- Per Month
Age Limit: As Per Rules.
