Notification for the Recruitment for Paramedical and Other posts on Contract and Outsourcing basis at RCD Hospital, Visakhapatnam

1. Name of the Post: Pharmacist Gr.II (Contract Basis) Only women candidates are eligible

2. No. of Post: 1 (one)

3. Qualification: Intermediate(with Science group) 2) Diploma Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy from Government Recognised Institutions. 3) Must be registered in AP Pharmacy Council with upto date renewal

4. Remuneration: Rs.28,000-00 PM Consolidated amount only

1. Name of the Post: ANM or MPHA(Female) (outsourcing basis) Only women candidates are eligible

2. No. of Post: 1 (one)

3. Qualification:

Must have passed SSC or equivalent Examination. 2) Must have passed either an 18/ 24 months MPHA(F) course conducted in the State recognized by AP Nursing & Midwives Council. (Or) Two Years Intermediate Vocational Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Female) Course and have completed oneyear Clinical Training in selected Government Hospital.

4. Remuneration: Rs.15000-00 PM

1. Name of the Post: Operation Theatre Assistants (Outsourcing basis) Only female candidates are eligible

2. No. of Post: 2 Posts

3. Qualification:

1) Must have passed SSC or its equivalent examinations, 2) Must have passed Diploma in Medical Sterilization Management and Operation Theatre Technician (DMST) Course. 3) Must be registered in AP Paramedical Board with upto date renewals.

4. Remuneration: Rs:12,000/- PM

1. Name of the Post: Female Nursing Orderly (Outsourcing basis) Only female candidates are eligible

2. No. of Post: 3 Posts

3. Qualification: Candidate must have passed the 10th Class or its equivalent examination from a recognized school.

1. Name of the Post: Junior Instructor (outsourcing)

2. No. of Post: 1 Post

3. Qualification:

Must Possess SSC or HSC exam or any other examination recognised by the Government as equal thereto. 2) Must possess T.S.L.C. Certificate (Certificate of Secondary Grade Training) 3) Must have teaching experience in a Government recognised school for not less than three years.

4. Remuneration: Rs:15,000/- PM

1. Name of the Post: Senior Instructor (Outsourcing) Female candidates are eligible

2. No. of Post: 2 Post

3. Qualification:

Must possess a degree with Psychology as one of the main subjects of any university in Indian established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, etc. 2) Must possess a degree of Bachelor of Education of any university. 3) Must have teaching experience in a Government recognised school for not less than three years. 4) Must have registered in Rehabilitation Council of India with upto date renewals.

4. Remuneration: Rs:17,500/- PM

Selection Procedure

1. District Selection Committee, Visakhapatnam

1) Academic Qualification - 75 Marks
2) Work Experience - 15 Marks
3) No. of years since passing qualifying Examination - 10 Marks

2. Particulars Of Weight Age For 15 Marks As Shown At - II.(2) [Weightage up to the maximum of 15% marks will be to the staff working in any Govt. Institutions, in 104(MMU) in HDS/CDS/Aarogyasri/Trauma care/APSACS and other Government of India Schemes on Contract/Outsourcing basis]

a) 2.5 marks for six months in Tribal Area
 b) 2.0 marks for six months in Rural Area
 c) 1.0 mark for six months in Urban Area
 d) No marks will be given for the service rendered less than six months
 e) The candidates who were terminated from contract / outsourcing service on any disciplinary  grounds / adverse remarks will not be considered.
 f) service weightage is not allowed if the service rendered by the applicant is different to the  post for which applied for

3. Weightage on COVID duties: applicable to the candidates on contract/outsourcing /Honorarium.

a)5 marks per six months.
b)10 marks per one year.
c)15 marks for one year six months.
