Educational Qualification:
i) An officer in the rank of Junior Administrative grade or Selection Grade from the Indian Administrative Service serving under Central or State Government including PSUs or
ii) An officer in the rank of Selection grade from the Nagaland Civil Service.
Experience:
i) Minimum Ten years of experience having dealt with all matters relating to administrative & establishment at Sectional head or Departmental head level.
ii) The incumbent should be familiar with Governmental and functioning for liaison and coordination.
