Technical Assistant

• Educational Qualification: Undergraduate Degree in Life Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Ecology, Forestry, Wildlife, Public Policy or similar relevant disciplines from a recognised University/Institution.
• Typing Skills: Basic typing skills in both Tamil and English.
• Domicile: The candidate must be a resident of Virudhunagar District.
• Age Limit: The candidate should not have completed 40 years of age as on the last date of application.
• Preferred Experience (1+ years): Preferably in a Government Department / Government Office, with competence in data entry, data management, official file maintenance, record keeping, documentation, report preparation, letters, statements, PowerPoint presentations, and data compilation/tabulation.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Shortlisting: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on the prescribed eligibility criteria.
2. Typing Test: Shortlisted candidates will appear for a typing test.
3. Personal Interview: Candidates qualifying the typing test will be called for a personal interview.
4. Waiting List: A waiting list of 2–3 candidates will be maintained as per the prescribed guidelines.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the typing test or interview. The place of posting is the Virudhunagar District Collectorate. The competent authority's decision on selection shall be final. The District Administration reserves the right to shortlist candidates, modify the schedule, or cancel the recruitment process.
