1. Post Name : Officer/ Assistant Manager

2. Roles and Responsibilities : 

a) Carrying out procurement activities related to engineering items in the Ariba environment.

b) Assist the senior in the preparation of high-value engineering contracts.

c) Assist in the scope of work and frame up the Tenders for procurement activities.

d) Help in preparation of Commercial Bid Analysis, negotiation strategy, and key discussion points.

e) Arrange pre-bid meetings and resolve techno-commercial issues.

f) Prepare PO & Contracts

g) Liaise with Internal Departments for Timely Delivery and Timely Payment.

h) Interact with stores for Goods Receipt notes, follow up with vendor for replacement of materials against rejection, etc.

i) Carry out MIS reporting & presentation to Management

j) Handle procurement/contracts during an unplanned shutdown

3. Competencies Required in Performing the Job:

a) Good to have prior knowledge in Procurement Process.

b) Hands-on experience in SAP MM module.

c) Good negotiations skills.

d) Good analytical skills

e) Knowledge of the present market.

4. Desired Candidate Profile: Engineering graduate with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in engineering procurement.
