Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Resource Person 1
- Essential Qualification: Post Graduate in Business Management, Rural Management, or Cooperative Management. CAIIB is an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in relevant fields such as rural financial institutions, NBFC, MFI, Insurance, Sales and Retail, or developmental institutions (SIDBI, NABARD). Experience in rural banking practices is required for former bank officers.
- Language: Proficiency in local language and working knowledge of English/Hindi.
Eligibility for Resource Person 2
- Essential Qualification: Graduation in any discipline. Technology-savvy; degree/diploma in technology is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in relevant fields (Rural financial institution, NBFC, MFI, Insurance, Sales and Retail, Line departments of Govt, Research/Teaching institutions).
- Age Limit: Preferred age less than 50 years. For retired/resigned officers with suitable experience, maximum age is 65 years.
Selection Process
Selection will be done through screening of applications followed by an interview conducted by a Selection Committee consisting of CEO (StCB), Representative from NABARD, and an external expert on banking. The committee may relax the age limit based on the candidate's profile.
