Eligibility Criteria for HARCO Bank Resource Persons 2026
Eligibility for Resource Person 1
- Essential Qualification: Post Graduate in Business Management / Rural Management / Cooperative Management. CAIIB is an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Rural Financial Institution, NBFC, MFI, Insurance, Sales/Retail, or developmental institutions (SIDBI, NABARD, etc.) with knowledge of rural banking practices.
Eligibility for Resource Person 2
- Essential Qualification: Graduation in any discipline. Technology-savvy; degree/diploma in technology is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in any one of the following:
1. Line Departments of State/Central Govt. with project implementation experience.
2. Research/Teaching in ICAR/CSIR etc., developing/popularizing rural technologies.
General Eligibility (For Both Posts)
- Age Limit: Preferred less than 50 years (relaxable). For Retired/Resigned Officers: Up to 65 years.
- Language: Proficient in local language (Hindi/Punjabi) + working knowledge of English/Hindi.
- Other: Sound knowledge of Indian Rural Economy; willingness to travel.
