Educational Qualification: B.A, B.Com, 12TH, BSW, M.A, PG Diploma, MSW

Haryana State AIDS Control Society (HSACS) intends to fill following posts on contractual basis for period up to 31.03.2022 which will be renewed on year to year basis on assessment of performance as per guidelines received from NACO. The remuneration is consolidated and no other allowance is admissible.

i. The first three months of appointment will be the probation period during which the work and conduct will be assessed and in case of unsatisfactory performance the contract shall be terminated by the appointing authority without assigning any reason.

ii. The service conditions shall be governed according to National AIDS Control Organization (NACO), MOHFW, Govt. of India uidelines issued from time to time:-

4. Qualification: 

i. Post Graduate Degree Diploma in Psychology/SociaI work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development [Nursing from a recognized University with minimum I year experience after PG degree / diploma of working in field of counseling in health sector; preferably in HIV/AIDS.

ii. OR Graduate in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology Anthropology and Human Development / Nursing with minimum 3 years of experience after graduation of working in field of Counseling in health sector; preferable in HIV/AIDS. In case of those recruited from community of people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS, graduates from any field or dipIoma

b. OR Graduate in Psychology / Social Work Sociology/ Anthropology/l-luman Development/ Nursing; with minimum 3 years of experience after graduation of working in the field of counseling in health
