The Commission invites online applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Senior Manager (P&A) in Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Limited (HSIIDC), Haryana. Category wise break- up of the posts is as under:-

3. Qualification:
a) MBA (Personnel) or equivalent degree i.e. 2 years PG Diploma in Personnel Management/2 years PG Diploma in Human Resources Management with at least 6 years relevant post qualification experience, out of which at least 3 years should be in an executive position, in handling Personnel & General Administration in Corporate environment. Preference will be given to a person holding an additional degree in Law.
b) Should be proficient in Computer.
c) Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric or Higher Education.
4. Scale of Pay: Pay Band-2 (Rs. 15600-39100 + 6000 G.P.)

Age Limit: Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 42 years as on the Closing Date of submission of applications to the Commission.
Selection Procedure
In the event of number of applications being large, Commission will adopt short listing criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable number by any or more of the following methods:-
1. On the basis of percentage of marks of the candidates in the essential/minimum educational qualification prescribed in the advertisement.
2. On the basis of percentage of marks of the candidates in different educational qualifications, with weightage as decided by the Commission.
3. On the basis of desirable qualifications or any one or all of the desirable qualifications if more than one desirable qualification is prescribed.
4. On the basis of higher educational qualifications than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
5. On the basis of higher experience in the relevant field than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
6. By counting experience before or after the acquisition of minimum/essential qualifications.
7. By holding a Recruitment Test.

1. Candidates are required to apply online on the website http://hpsc.gov.in/en-us/. Detailed instructions for filling up online applications are available on the above mentioned website. No other means / mode of submission of application will be accepted.
2. The online Applications can be submitted up to the Closing Date till 11:55 PM. The eligible candidates shall be issued an e-Admit Card well before the commencement of the Recruitment/ Written Test, if any. The e-Admit Card will be made available on the website http://hpsc.gov.in/en-us/ for downloading by the candidates. No Admit Card will be sent by post.

Public Service Commissions, both at the Union and at the State level, are amongst the most important Public Institutions with long traditions which have served well. The establishment of this Institution had its origin in the history of Indian nationalism and the persistent demand of the leaders of freedom movement for progressive Indianisation of the Civil Service under British Raj. The Montagu-Chelmsford Report accepted in principle the demand for Indianisation of the higher civil services and accordingly a provision for this was made in the Government of India Act, 1919. The Royal Commission of the Superior Civil Service in India under the Chairmanship of Lord Lee, in its 1924 Report, recommended setting up of Public Service Commission of India. The Public Service Commission of India was set up on 1st October, 1926 under the Chairmanship of Sir Ross Barker.
