West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti will engage personnel purely on contract basis against consequential vacancies for the position of District Data Manager IDSP-CD in Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme, under National Health Mission, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal, who will posted at any District Surveillance unit of West Bengal. 1. Post Name: District Data Manager IDSP-CD 2. No of Post: 03 3. Place of Posting: Any District Surveillance IJnit of West Bengal. 4. Remuneration: 35000 per month. 5. Essential Qualification: i. Post Graduate Qualification in Computer Science OR B.E or B.Tech. in IT/ Electronics. ii. Candidates who have passed Full Time courses on BE (IT) I B. Tech (IT) or MCA will only be considered for selection iii. If there is a tie of total score between two applicants, candidates with BE or B. Tech. in IT will be given preference. Candidates who have passed MCA I any other Degree through Distant Learning Course or from any Open University will not be entertained. 6. Essential Experience: 3 years of post qualification working experience. If there is a tie of total score between two applicants preference will be given to candidate who has worked in Health Sector.

Selection Procedure
Applications will initially be shortlisted on the basis of academic qualification and experience in the ratio of 1:5 as per declared vacancy. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for Interview.

Application fees of 7100/- for general candidates and 750/- for reserved category candidates have to be deposited through on-line mode only. 3. Existing employees working in the same position may also apply on own choice with the revised entry point remuneration. In that case, five (5) years relaxation of age from the date mentioned in the recruitment notification will be given to such employees. But they will not be entitled to any other benefits of the present position such as continuity of length of service, rationalization benefits and any other benefit, if applicable, against that post. Such employees will start as a fresher in the new position.
