Note: Candidates must have knowledge of customs and dialects of Himachal Pradesh. For Group-C posts, candidates must have passed Matriculation/10+2/Graduation from a school/institution situated within Himachal Pradesh (except Bonafide Himachalis).

Educational Qualification:Post-specific as detailed in the eligibility table. Qualifications must be from a recognized Board/University. For Group-C, the qualifying exam should be from an institution within Himachal Pradesh (except for Bonafide Himachalis).

Age Limit:Minimum 18 years and Maximum 45 years for UR/EWS candidates as on 01.01.2026. Relaxation: 50 years for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates of Himachal Pradesh and HP Government Employees.
