Educational Qualification:
a) Mining:
(i) Diploma in Mining with 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
(ii) Foreman’s Certificate of Competency for Metalliferous Mines (Unrestricted) OR
i. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
ii. Foreman’s Certificate of Competency for Metalliferous Mines (Unrestricted) or Second-Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency for Metalliferous Mine (Unrestricted).
b) Geology: Diploma in Draughtsman-ship in Mechanical or Civil trade with 5 years of experience in the relevant field. OR Post-Graduate Degree in Geology with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
c) Survey: Diploma in Survey with 5 years’ experience in the relevant field with Mine Surveyor’s Certificate of competency OR Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering /Civil Engineering with Surveyor Certificate of Competency or M.Tech (Geomatics) with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
d) Environment: Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering / Technology with 2 years’ experience in the relevant field.
e) Electrical: Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5 years’ experience in the relevant field. OR Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
f) Mechanical: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years’ experience in the relevant field. OR Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mining Machinery with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
g) Civil: Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years’ experience in the relevant field. OR Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
h) Mineral Processing: Bachelor Degree in Mineral Processing / Mineral Engineering with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
i) Finance: Intermediate Examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants or Institute of Cost & Works Accountants with three years’ experience in the relevant field. OR PG Diploma in Finance/MBA in Finance with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
j) HR, Admin: Graduate with 5 years’ experience in the relevant field. OR PG Degree in HR/PG Diploma in HR/MBA in HR with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
k) Law: Graduate with 5 years’ experience in the relevant field. OR LLB / 5 years’ integrated LLB with 2 years’ experience in the relevant field.
l) Materials & Contracts (M&C): Bachelor Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Engineering with ‘Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management / Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management / Logistics & Supply Chain Management OR MBA with specialization in Materials Management / Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management / Logistics & Supply Chain Management’. AND 2 Years of experience in the relevant field.
Pay Scale:
INR
12000-15000 Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years.
Selection Procedure: Selection of candidate/s for appointment to the post shall be based on the performance in the Written Test and shall be subject to verification of documents.
