Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for All Trades

Essential Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 10th/Matric exam under the 10+2 system or its equivalent.
Trade Specific: Candidates applying for trades Serial No. 3 to 10 (Fitter, Turner, Welder, Electrician, Draughtsman, COPA, Instrument Mechanic, Solar Technician) must possess ITI in the respective trade.
Specific Trades: For Blaster (Mines) and Driver Cum Mechanic (LMV), the candidate must be a 10th pass (ITI not mandatory).
Experience: Candidates who passed ITI in 2024 or earlier must produce an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper sworn before a Magistrate/Notary Public stating they have not undergone apprenticeship training or taken employment anywhere earlier.

Age Limit (as on 04-02-2026)

Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 25 years
Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC candidates.

Selection Process

Merit will be based on marks obtained in ITI (30% weightage) and 10th Board (70% weightage).
For trades where ITI is not required (Blaster & Driver), 100% weightage is given to 10th Board marks.
In case of a tie, the older candidate will be preferred.
Selected candidates must be medically fit as per company standards.
