Eligibility Criteria
- Eligibility: Retired employees of HPCL or other Public Sector Oil & Gas Companies having relevant experience.
- Age Limit: Not more than 64 years as on 31.07.2026.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the relevant department/division. Preference for hands-on experience in major Refinery Shutdowns/Turnarounds.
- Cooling Period: Minimum 2 months between retirement and re-engagement.
- Penalty Clearance: No major penalty during service; no minor penalty in the last 10 years.
Compensation and Terms
- Monthly Fee: Not exceeding last drawn salary (Basic + DA) after adjusting notional monthly payment from Annuity.
- Allowances: Reimbursement of conveyance and monthly mobile expenses as per guidelines.
- Work Pattern: General Shift or Rotational Shift (8-hour or 12-hour schedule).
- Contract Period: 3 months (subject to not attaining 65 years of age and medical fitness).
- Termination: 30 days' notice from either side.
