- Essential Qualification: MBA (Finance / Systems / Operations / Hospital Administration) OR B.Pharm OR B.Tech.
- Experience:
- Deputy Manager: Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Audit / Finance / Accounts or relevant area. Preference for Pharma/Diagnostic Lab operations experience.
- Assistant Manager: Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Audit / Finance / Accounts or relevant area.
- Desirable Skills: Audit of Pharmacy/Diagnostic Laboratory operations; Quality Control, Quality Management Systems, and Quality Assurance.
- Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026): Deputy Manager (Max 40 years), Assistant Manager (Max 37 years).
- Nationality: Indian Nationals only.
