Educational Qualification & Experience:Degree in Law from a recognized university. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Corporate Legal Department of Central/State PSUs or large commercial organizations is required.
Skills:Contract drafting and vetting, litigation management, legal compliance, arbitration and conciliation, secretarial work, legal research, and advisory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting and vetting of various agreements, MOUs, lease deeds, Power of Attorneys, indemnity bonds, consortium agreements, EOI's, and tender documents.
- Rendering legal advice/opinion and preparing compliance reports.
- Litigation management including engaging counsels, drafting court documents, and appearing before courts and tribunals.
- Handling arbitration and conciliation proceedings.
- Submitting Board Agenda's for various meetings to directors at MoHFW.
Salary:
- Basic Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month
- Gross Salary (Approx.): ₹53,175/- (Metro) at the minimum of the scale
- Annual CTC (Approx.): ₹7.58 Lakhs (Metro) at the minimum of the scale

- As per the selection process of HLL Lifecare Limited. The decision of the Management regarding selection will be final.
