Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Assistant General Manager (Finance)

• Essential: MBA (Fin.) / equivalent e.g. MFC/CA/ICWA. Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
• Experience: At least 6 years relevant post-qualification experience in Banking/Financial Institutions, out of which at least 3 yrs. should be in an executive position.

Eligibility for Senior Manager (Finance)

• Essential: MBA (Fin.) / equivalent e.g. MFC/CA/ICWA. Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
• Experience: At least 6 years relevant post-qualification experience in Banking/Financial Institutions, out of which at least 3 yrs. should be in an executive position.

Eligibility for Manager (P&A)

• Essential: MBA (Personnel) or equivalent degree. Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
• Experience: At least 2 years relevant post-qualification experience in handling personnel & general administration in Corporate environment.
• Desirable: Preference will be given to a person holding an additional degree in law.

Eligibility for Senior Manager (IA)

• Essential: 1st class B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years relevant post-qualification experience in development/creation and maintenance of Industrial Infrastructure, out of which at least 3yrs. should be in an executive position.
• Desirable: Preferably MBA as Additional qualification.

Eligibility for Manager (IA)

• Essential: 1st class B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant post-qualification experience in development/creation and maintenance of Industrial Infrastructure.
• Desirable: Preferably MBA as Additional qualification.

Eligibility for Manager (Accounts)

• Essential: CA/ICWA. Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
• Experience: At least 2 years relevant post-qualification experience in Industry/Financial Institution/Banks in the Accounts Stream.
• Desirable: MBA will be an added advantage.

Eligibility for Manager (Legal)

• Essential: Graduate (2nd Division), LL.B Professional (2nd Division). Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
• Experience: At least 2 years relevant post-qualification experience in Govt./Commercial organizations/Financial Institutions/Banks in drafting of deeds/ agreements/terms/conditions/examinations of legal documents and pursuing of legal cases.

Eligibility for Assistant Town Planner

• Essential: A post graduate degree or diploma in urban and regional planning/urban planning/regional planning/M.Tech in Planning (urban, Traffic and Transport, Housing, Infrastructure), or equivalent making the holder eligible for Associate Membership of the Institute of Town Planners, India. OR B.Tech degree in planning from a recognized institute/university. Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
• Experience: Two years experience in the field of Town Planning under a qualified Town Planner (for B.Tech holders).
• Desirable: The incumbent should be well conversant with AutoCAD.

Eligibility for Senior Manager (Estate)

• Essential: 1st Class B.E/B.Tech or MBA or both. Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years relevant post-qualification experience in a Public Undertaking or an organization of repute, out of which at least 3 years experience should be in an executive position.
• Desirable: LLB will be an added advantage.

Eligibility for Manager (Estate)

• Essential: 1st Class B.E/B.Tech or MBA or both. Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant post-qualification experience in a Public Undertaking or an organization of repute.
• Desirable: LLB will be an added advantage.

Eligibility for Company Secretary

• Essential: A Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
• Experience: At least 10 years relevant post-qualification experience as Company Secretary in a Public/Private Ltd. Company.

Eligibility for System Analyst/Senior Programmer

• Essential: 1st class B.E/B.Tech in Information Technology/Computer Science/MCA from a recognized University/Institute. Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years relevant post-qualification experience in a Public Sector Undertaking/Financial Institution/Bank, out of which at least 3yrs. experience should be in an executive position.

Eligibility for Jr. System Analyst/Programmer

• Essential: 1st Class B.E./B.Tech. in Information Technology/Computer Science/MCA from a recognized University/Institute. Candidate should have passed Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant post-qualification experience in a Public Sector Undertaking/Financial Institution/Bank.
