Educational Qualification:
Professor: Candidates Should have A Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the following discipline with at least 55% marks in Post-graduation Discipline: Industrial Psychology / Organisational Psychology / Educational Measurement / Psychological Measurement / Psychometrics Qualification and Ph. D related to Educational /Employment Testing / Technology in Assessment and related fields will be given preference.
Data Analyst: Candidates Should have BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Computer Science/ IT/ Data Science/ Electronics and Communications/ Machine Learning and AI / M.Sc. (Maths / Statistics / Economics / IT) / MCA with min 60% marks Desirable: Diploma / PG Diploma in Data Sciences Following additional qualifications shall be preferred. (a) MBA/PGDM from Indian/foreign recognized university; (b) Professional Certification such as FRM, PRM, CFA.
Pay Scale:
INR
44900-159100/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years.
Selection Procedure:
Professor: Presentation, Group Exercises and Personal Interview.
Data Analyst: Online Examination, Group Exercises and Personal Interview.
Application Fee: Application Fees/ Intimation Charges Payable from 01.04.2025 to 21.04.2025 (only Online payment) both dates inclusive, shall be as follows:-
- Rs. 1000/- for each candidate.
Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment of application fees/ intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate.

The journey of IBPS is closely associated with the major event of nationalisation of 14 major banks in 1969, and thereafter, the establishment of National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM) as an apex level research and training institute for all Public Sector Banks.
Post-nationalisation, banks were required to rapidly expand their branch network to afford a larger cross-section of people the opportunity to avail “Banking Services”. In order to expand their network, banks needed to recruit. “Selecting Right People for the Right Jobs” was a critical and crucial activity for them. Banks began advertising their vacancies and were flooded with applications, the volume of which far exceeded their capacity.
IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. IBPS conducts common written exam (CWE) and interviews for selecting suitable candidates for available job posts. IBPS is the only means to get a job in banking sector. 19 nationalized banks commonly agreed to conduct Common Written Test (CWE) for selecting Bank Personnel. The common entrance test is being organized by IBPS. Institute of banking Personnel conducts Common Written Test for the recruitment of three categories of posts - Clerks, probationary officers/ Management trainees and specialist officers. Common Written Exam tests a candidate on Reasoning Ability, General Awareness, English Language, Numerical Aptitude and Computer Knowledge.
