2. Essential qualification: Graduate with at least 60% marks in Computer application/ information / Computer Science/ Artificial Intelligence/ Software Engineering/Computer Graphics degree from a recognized university.

3. Salary : consolidated amount of per month Rs 25,000/- per month

4. Desirable : Working knowledge on Government e-Market Place (GeM), CPPP e-publishing, e-procurement, e-office. Knowledge on MIS/FMS system Experience in Web designing computer programming Working experience on open source Geo server and web map server.

Selection Procedure

1. The interview will be conducted by strictly Following COVID-19 guidelines given by the State Govt. of Sikkim and Govt. of India. All the candidates should follow the COVID- 19 guidelines as such, if any deviation will not be allowed to attend the interview.

2. No candidates will be allowed to enter ICAR-Sikkim Centre without wearing mask.

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) is an autonomous organisation under the Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE), Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare , Government of India. Formerly known as Imperial Council of Agricultural Research, it was established on 16 July 1929 as a registered society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 in pursuance of the report of the Royal Commission on Agriculture. The ICAR has its headquarters at New Delhi. The Council is the apex body for co-ordinating, guiding and managing research and education in agriculture including horticulture, fisheries and animal sciences in the entire country. With 101 ICAR institutes and 71 agricultural universities spread across the country this is one of the largest national agricultural systems in the world.
