Educational Qualification: Candidates Should have Master’s Degree in Political Science/ History/ English/ International Relations/ Defence Studies, or a related subject with first class from a recognized university Excellent command over English Language including written English, and a sound knowledge of MS Office and working of Internet and strong interpersonal communication skills.
