1. Post Name: Trainee

2. Qualification: CA (Intermediate) with Graduation in Commerce having secured minimum 60% marks from a University recognized by UGC.

3. Training Period: One year

4. Key Skills & Additional Skills: The candidates with experience in the fields of Corporate Accounts, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Bills, Treasury Management & working knowledge of ERP/ SAP will be an added advantage

5. Compensation: During training, a monthly stipend of Rs.36000/- along with other allowances will be paid as per the Rules of IFFCO. On successful completion of one year training, candidates may be appointed in the pay scale of Rs. 40000-75000. CTC Rs.9 lacs per annum. (approx.)

6. Service Bond: The selected candidates will have to furnish a service Bond for serving for a minimum period of 3 years after successful completion of training.

7. Knowledge of Language : Candidates having reading, writing and speaking knowledge of one or two more languages of Indian states other than the mother tongue will be desirable.

Selection Procedure

1. Eligible and shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for Computer based On-Line Test at the designated Centres throughout India or as decided by IFFCO depending on the number of candidates. Only those candidates will be called for personal interview who are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the online test.

2. Short-listed candidates after personal Interview will be medically examined as per IFFCO’s medical standards before final selection.
