Skills / Eligibility
Interested candidates are requested to apply for the following post in the Department of Aerospace and Applied Mechanics, Indian Institute of Engineering Science & Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, Howrah-711 103. 1. Post Name: Junior research fellow 2. No. of Post: 02 3. Essential Qualification: (BE/B-Tech in Mechanical/Aerospace/Mechatronics/Computer Science) With good academic background. 4. Desirable Qualification: Software skills: C/C++/ Python/MATLAB, Knowledge on aerodynamics, mechanics, dynamics and multi-body simulation Competent skills in Experimental aerodynamics, data acquisition, LabVIEW, MATLAB. 5. Fellowship: Rs. 26,000/- (consolidated) for 20 Months. 6. Duration: 20 Months.

Selection Procedure
1. Online. Information about the date and the link of the interview will be sent to the eligible candidates only by e-mail
2. The selection will be canceled if any discrepancies are found in the documents at the time of physical verification

2. Email subject should be “APPLICATION FOR JOB-DRDO 2022” in caps failing to which the application may not be considered.
3. All applications must mention a valid e-mail id and phone number for communicating the date of interview.
4. Interview dates of shortlisted candidates will be notified by email/mobile/institute website.
5. Venue and Date of the interview: Online. Information about the date and the link of the interview will be sent to the eligible candidates only by e-mail
6. Interested eligible candidates should mail soft copies of the application letter in plain paper, recent bio-data, mark sheets and certificates. All documents should be self-attested. Physical documents will be verified at the time of joining.
