Skills / Eligibility
An online interview will be conducted on 11th Feb 2022 at the office of the Dean, Research & Consultancy, IIEST, Shibpur for the selection of one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the WB DST sponsored project titled “Synthesis and Characterization of Piezoelectric & Photoactive Nano-composite and Their Application in Root Canal Disinfection ” with Dr. Abhijit Majumdar, Principal Investigator. Ref.: Advt. No. PH 1742 Institute Project Code: DRC/DST-WB (STB)/PHY/AM/025/18-19 1. Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) 2. No of post – One (JRF) 3. Essential Qualification: M. Sc in Biology, Bio-technology, Physics and Chemistry 4. Desirable Qualification: Experience in Cell culture and knowledge of nano-science 5. Fellowship: As per WB DST norms: Remuneration, Rs. 16000/- p.m. + 15% HRA = Rs.2400/- p.m./- + medical allowance Rs. 300 /- p.m. = Rs. 18700 /- p.m. for two years and SRF for one year @ Rs.18000/- p.m. + 15% HRA = Rs.2700/- pm + medical allowance Rs.300/- p.m. = Rs. 21000 /- p.m. 6. Duration: Two years or till the termination of the project, whichever is earlier.
