Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Management Trainee

• Essential Qualification: Candidates should possess a strong academic background with a Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Education, Data Science, Computer Science, or allied disciplines, with 60% marks or above, or a B.Tech or equivalent professional degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Prior experience in higher education institutions, EdTech organizations, academic research, admissions, counselling, or student support services will be considered an added advantage.
• Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates who are pursuing or intending to pursue doctoral (Ph.D.) studies. Proficiency in Hindi and English (written and spoken) is required. Working knowledge of MS Office and academic ERP systems is essential.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age Limit: 32 years.
• For Ph.D. candidates / candidates with relevant experience, the age limit can be extended up to 35 years.

Salary / Stipend

• Stipend: Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 45,000/- per month.
• Housing Allowance: Rs. 8,000/- per month (if not allotted an Institute quarter).
• Transport Allowance: Rs. 2,000/- per month.
• Mobile Reimbursement: Rs. 6,000/- per annum.
