Educational Qualification: Graduation in first class in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute or its equivalent grade is a must. Post-Graduation is preferred with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized University/ Institute or its equivalent grade and a consistently good academic record. Post-qualification experience of 2 years in Academic Administration activities is essential. Experience in an institute of national repute like IIMs or IITs will be a distinct advantage.

Excellent use of MS Office tools such as MS - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Database management and other productivity tools are essential.
The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills & multi-tasking abilities and the ability to interact with senior leadership.
The candidate may be tested on the Computer skills required for the position during the interview process.
Positive attitude, detail orientation and ability to interact with senior leadership, Confident & self-motivated, should have the capability of being a team player and resourceful in managing challenges.

Indian Institute of Management Nagpur started its journey in the year 2015 under the mentorship of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. The Institute’s first batch of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management commenced on the 23rd of July 2015.
IIM Nagpur shifted to its new 132-acre campus, situated at MIHAN, Nagpur, Maharashtra, in November 2021.
