Educational Qualification:
Research Staff (Field Investigator): Master’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized university/institute with specialization in Management/ Social Sciences or Humanities (55% minimum) (NET/SLET/M.Phil. /Ph.D. preferable). Proficiency in handling MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. Command over oral and written Telugu (for Andhra Pradesh), English & Hindi language. Experience in carrying out qualitative data collection, and analysis. Experience in analyzing data using software tools like SPSS etc. Knowledge of the local language is essential besides English.
Research Associate: Postgraduate in social science (management/commerce) discipline (55% minimum) with NET /M.Phil. / Ph.D.).

Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/walkin interview. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Research Staff, Research Associate in IIMV.

Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (IIMV) belongs to the prestigious IIM family of business schools. It is a new generation IIM, set up by the Government of India in September 2015.
