Educational Qualification: M.Sc
The interested applicants are invited to appear in a walk-in interview through Video Conferencing (VC) mode (the invite link will be sent by email on the date of interview) to be held at IIT Jammu on January 3rd , 2022 for the post of full-time Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the R&D project titled “High Valent Emissive Ni(III/IV) Complexes for Organic Transformation and Photoredox Catalysis” sanctioned by Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), New Delhi. The JRF will be appointed initially for one year (on contract) or up to the duration of the project, whichever is earlier.
1. Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
2. Number of Positions: 01 (one)
3. Duration: 01 year or completion of the project whichever is earlier.
4. Consolidated Salary: Rs. 31,000/- (per month) + 16% HRA
5. Eligibility for appearing in the walk-in interview (through VC mode):
a) M. Sc. in Chemistry with NET/GATE.
b) At least 6.5 CGPA or 60 percent marks in aggregate from a recognized technical institute/university as a full-time program.
6. Area of Specialization: M.Sc. (Chemistry) with GATE/NET
