- Design and develop the database architecture for the project, structuring and organizing documented research, field, and multimedia data.
- Build, populate, and maintain the digital archive/repository of intangible and built heritage material collected under the project.
- Develop, host, and maintain the project's web portal/interface, ensuring functionality, accessibility, and regular updates.
- Manage data entry, tagging, indexing, and cataloguing of archival material to ensure ease of retrieval and long-term preservation.
- Ensure data security, regular backups, and integrity of the database and portal.
- Coordinate with the Team Manager and research team to upload field documentation, reports, and multimedia content to the portal.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the database and portal, and liaise with any external vendors/service providers as required.
- Undertake any other project-related technical or administrative tasks as assigned by the Principal Investigator.
