Educational Qualification: M.E/M.Tech
Applications are invited from the interested candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) funded research project titled “Design and Investigation of Reliability Aware Security Circuits at Faster Timescales”.
1. Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
2. No of Post: 01
3. Area of Specialization: VLSI Design
4. Duration: Initially for 1 year, which may be extended upto the duration of the project based on the satisfactory performance.
5. Consolidated Salary per Month: INR 31,000/- + HRA as applicable
6. Essential Qualification and Criteria: M.E./M.Tech./MS(R) or equivalent degree in ECE/EE/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems and allied subjects with 65% marks. 5% marks relaxation for ST/SC/PH candidates
7. Desirables: Candidates having experience on Verilog/VHDL/VLSI CAD tools will be given preference. GATE qualification with valid GATE score. UGC NET JRF applicant may also apply.

Selection Procedure
1. Merely possessing the prescribed qualification does not ensure that the candidate would be called for an Interview. The candidates may be shortlisted based on merit and need for the project.
2. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. The time and date of the interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates by e-mail.
3. The interview will be conducted in online mode
