Applications are invited from the interested candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the project titled “Studies on the implementation of stainless steel fabricated by Additive Manufacturing and computational forecasting technique for high temperature applications” sanctioned by Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), India.

Selection Procedure

1. The interview will be conducted for all shortlisted candidates.

2. The date of interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates through email.

3. Shortlisted candidates must present themselves for the interview on the interview date with an updated CV and original and attested photocopies of mark sheets/ certificates in support of their academic qualifications.

4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.

5. The time of the interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates by e-mail.

6. The interview will be held by using the online platform.

The Indian Institute of Technology Jammu ( IIT Jammu) is a public research university located in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, India.The Institute came into existence in 2016 when a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Department of Higher Education, Government of Jammu & Kashmir and Department of Higher Education, MHRD, Government of India, was signed for setting up an IIT campus at village Jagti, Tehsil Nagrota at Jammu.

Currently, the institute offers three UG programs namely, B.tech in Computer science, B.tech in Electrical Engineering and B.tech in Mechanical Engineering.
