Educational Qualification: 1. A Degree (Graduation in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India). 2. Degree in any discipline. Due weightage will be given to candidates qualified with Two years Post Graduation degrees or 2 years of full-time Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HRD / Labour Law / HR or equivalent qualification. 3. BE/B.Tech (Computer Science) / MCA or equivalent certifications from reputed Institutes.
