4. Name of the Project: 'Modern innovative solutions for Environmental/ Occupational Lung Health Challenges using Clinical and Pre-Clinical Strategies.'(MLP-137).
5. Project Tenure: Upto March 2024.
6. Qualification required: Graduate degree in any discipline.
7. Desirable: Lab assisting experience is preferred like buffers/chemical preparation, Autoclaving etc.
8. Stipend: Rs. 18,000/- plus HRA Per month.

Interested candidates fulfilling all the above conditions may appear for the walk-in-interview to be held on 28.02.2022 from 10.30 a.m. in the CSIR-IICB Jadavpur Campus with duly filled up Application Form in the prescribed format as furnished herein under the download link and along with the following documents as applicable (original and self attested copy) -
(1) Matriculation Certificate in support of your date of birth,
(2) All mark-sheets and certificates regarding educational qualification (since Matriculation),
(3) No Objection Certificate from the employer if employed,
(4) Final Mark Sheet of B.Sc/M.Sc/M.Tech/M.Pharm Examination/Ph.D Certificate,
(5) Documentary proof of NET/NET(LS)/GATE/Equivalent,
(6) One Passport size photograph,
(7) Caste certificate (where ever applicable).

Indian Institute of Chemical Biology (IICB) is a biomedical research center in Kolkata, West Bengal. It was established in 1935. It was named as Indian Institute of Experimental Medicine (IIEM). Later on, IIEM was included in Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) in the year of 1956 and renamed to its present form in 1982.
The institute has developed therapeutic and diagnostic solutions for various diseases.
IICB is a multidisciplinary research laboratory under the umbrella of CSIR, Govt. of India.
It has 6 R&D divisions: Cancer Biology & Inflammatory Disorder, Cell Biology & Physiology, Chemistry, Infectious Diseases & Immunology, Molecular & Human Genetics, Structural Biology & Bioinformatics.
